preliminaries 2 bottom plate

as all the frame as stood up and nailed to the concrete. we did put strap under the bottom plate. and which wall was brace wall. so we had to go through the plan and mark the place where the strap are going. m12 bolt need to be fixed to the bottom plate to concrete. the brace wall 150mm max for the bolt. so we had to wegde the bottom plate up and feed the strap under. next time we can place the strap before the frame goes down.

frame preliminaries

 put frame up as the site plan. weather very windy condensation.  putting it up we had to nail top and bottom.as we where putting it up the wind catch the frame and we couldn't hold it.so the frame fell. what we should have done was use a brace timber on the out side of it and then nail top and bottom.

owner changed of mind prelilinaies

the owner came through and said "I don't want that door there. she is an old lady. so we started to build frame on it .so later the engineer came around and said no you guy should be doing this without asking me and your site manager. so we spoke to engineer and changed it on plan. later we call the site manager and told him to see the owner who wanted to changed the door. we learn that we shouldn't be changing thing around. we should check with site manager and engineer.
